A huge congratulations is due to the 120 3rd Years who sat their Junior Cert in June 2014 and who received their results this week. The girls put in tremendous hard work to achieve their potential. Many thanks is owed to their dedicated hard working teachers who never leave a stone unturned with their education and preparation and also to Ms Mary O’Dowd Year Head, Ms Elizabeth Cronin Chaplain and Ms Patricia Kennedy Guidance Counsellor. Some of our students had a particularly tough year outside of school and the school is very proud of their achievements and efforts. Louise Lynch scored an outstanding 11 A’s with only four students receiving higher in the whole of Ireland. This is an outstanding achievement and the school congratulates Louise and her family. The girls now turn their attention to preparing for their second journey in second level, the Leaving Certificate Journey, we wish them well on their way.
