Congratulations to Ciara Fitzsimons who has just returned from Bulgaria – Ciara did amazingly well taking Gold in 2nd Degree Individual Patterns, Silver in -50kg Individual Sparring and Bronze in Junior Female Team Sparring. 3 medals in a European Championships is a tribute to her training regime and to her Master Stephen Cooley, Rivervalley Taekwon-Do Club – Well Done Ciara from all in Loreto!
