The results were amazing and we were delighted that so many students called up to the school today to meet their teachers and friends alike.

Our students in Loreto arrived to celebrate their results in the school today at noon having accessed the results online at 10am. Many of the girls received outstanding results and the school is so proud of their fine achievements. The options for the girls of 2o23 are now so wide and varied. Every student’s result should be a cause for joy and celebration as they have completed 5/6 years of work and have probably sat their hardest ever exam. 40 girls received over 500 points with 6 of these girls receiving over 600 points. We are equally as proud of all students who achieved their full potential. No matter what their points score or grade average, we the teachers, SNA’s and school management in Loreto are immensely proud of the young ladies who joined us as children 5/6 years ago and leave us now ready to take their place in modern society as mature young ladies with the world at their fingertips.
Whether the girls take up a CAO offer or take another further education offer or enter the work force immediately we trust that the education they received while here in Loreto will stand them in the years to come.
The jobs that many will end up doing in a few years probably do not even exist today. The variety of jobs out there and the quick pace of change in this technological age make it an exciting time to be leaving school. The girls were quick to express their thanks to the teachers in the school for their tireless dedication and support throughout the years. The girls spoke of the care and guidance that they had received from all over their time in Loreto.
The school wishes to congratulate all the girls and their families on their results and thank them for the support that they have given to the school throughout their time in Loreto College.I would like to wish all the girls every success in their futures on whatever road they decide to travel.
